We are looking for the first and very important for the further growth of our team HR Generalist, a specialist in attracting talent and building human relations.
HR GENERALIST
MUST HAVE:
▪️ Successfully hired IT specialists for at least a year
▪️ Knows English at a level sufficient to test candidates
▪️ Not ready to quit recruiting, but already ready to move (or has already moved) into the area of HR tasks
▪️ Generates ideas with pleasure, and does not work according to a template (since we do not have a working system, we want to build it with our first hr)
▪️ Has not stopped learning and enjoys new knowledge

Requirements
Task #1 is to recruit and adapt middle-senior level employees to the team (there are clear guidelines for the number of vacancies, thoughtful and high-quality selection, focused on quality, not quantity)
Task #2 (there will definitely be enough time for it) - work with the team and its involvement. We assume that a new person will tell us how to properly build communication with people, engage in internal PR / information, create conditions and tools for building strong and trusting relationships
