We are looking for an operations manager, who doesn't consider words like preciseness and discipline an empty sound, but a credo for life. Experience in accounting or law will be a big plus.

What will you need to do?

Financial and management accounting: P / L, Cash Flow
Budgeting, reporting, analysis, planning
Controlling the collection of company analytics, setting tasks for automating the collection of analytics, working with Microsoft Power BI
Controlling the flow of documents, work with contractors in accounting and jurisprudence, etc., development of internal documentation
Constructing operational management processes
Controlling personnel work, work with the HR department
Helping in organizing relocation
Working with top management, participation in strategic planning
Working remotely with a distributed team

You are definitely the one we are looking for, if you have the following qualities:

Leadership qualities, high discipline and speed, responsibility
Pedantry, independence, the ability to find optimal solutions to problems
Ability to learn, ambition for growth and development
Creativity, ability to make suggestions, new solutions

Would be a plus:

Experience in accounting, jurisprudence
Experience with cloud services and storage (Dropbox, Google products, Microsoft)
Deep understanding of financial management
Excellent communication skills
Ability to understand legal documents, laws, etc., including different jurisdictions
